Fresh chevre (plain, herbal and pepper)
Since 2002 we have produced fresh and aged goat’s milk cheeses on our 110 acre Champlain Valley farm. We take great care to provide a good life for our animals, believing that happy goats will make great cheese & we hope that you find that to be true! In 2007 we began making Camembrie, a semi-aged cow’s cheese from Crawford Family Farm milk.
We also raise and sell whey-fed all-natural pork in various cuts.
