<p>A glimpse of a happy, whey-fed pig on a summer evening. Whey is a by-product of cheesemaking and pigs provide a wonderful way to utilize it&#8212; and the result is delicious pork! In Italy where they make Parmesan they also make Prosciutto. Our pigs are hormone and anti-biotic free and live outside (with shelter).</p>
