We are a draft horse-powered diversified farm and a brick-oven bakery, striving to re-create a start-to finish addison county loaf featuring our own grains. We also buy grains and flours from local sources and feature them in our breads.

Our breads and pastries have a distinct character, thanks to the properties of our brick oven, lengthy preparation times, and quality local ingredients.

We also use our mill to make toasted wheat porridge from local grain and will be producing storage crops including stone-ground cornmeal and several varieties of dry beans, potatoes and onions later in the 2008 season. Freezer pork and lamb are also available from time to time.
