We sell hand made farmstead artisan cheese made from raw Ayrshire cow’s milk.

Two types are available:
Vermont Ayr- a natural rind alpine style tomme that is aged approximately 4 months. Sold in 1 lb increments.

Lemon F’Ayr- a 2lb waxed cheese that is similar to VT Ayr but only aged 2.5 months so it is creamier and moister.
